Pursuer of Growth
Andrew lives in several worlds, allowing him to see life and leadership from many perspectives. He’s a Licensed Insurance Advisor for Heritage Insurance Advisors, a U.S. Navy Chaplain, a Vineyard Pastor in Central Ohio, a coach for Emotionally Focused, and a marriage coach of nearly 20 years.
Andrew pursues his own growth as he encourages your own. He holds four insurance licenses, a Master of Divinity from Asbury Theological Seminary, a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Columbus College of Art & Design, and is a graduate of the Vineyard Leadership Institute. Also at Asbury, he is currently working on a Doctor of Ministry in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis on the Health of Leaders.
Community Leader
Andrew was a founding board member of Riverview International Center, serving the mission for more than ten years, and the Scoutmaster of his sons’ Troop. He’s a founding pastor of a satellite congregation of Vineyard Columbus, launching nearly ten years of full-time pastoring. Today, he continues as a Vineyard pastor in various capacities and as a Chaplain in the US Navy Reserve. Prior to church ministry, he spent more than a decade leading in Corporate Sales and Non-Profit Management. All this experience comes full circle in his current role as an Insurance Advisor, providing broad church, non-profit and business insurance solutions to his nationwide community.
Family Guy
Andrew and his wife, Ginny, met 30 years ago at Columbus College of Art & Design and celebrated their 25th anniversary in 2021. They have three teenage children and live in a 100-year-old house in an urban neighborhood of Columbus, Ohio, just a few miles from where they met.
Adventurer
In Ginny, Andrew found a willing companion for adventure. Before children, they spent almost a year traveling, farming, and ministering in Europe, followed by a 20-state US road trip. Over the years, Andrew and Ginny have spent the night in many strange places, including a castle in Spain, a commercial fishing boat in the Faroe Islands, and an extinct volcanic cone in Italy, just to name a few. In total, Andrew has visited 47 US states and 25 countries, ministering in Ireland, Switzerland, Russia, Zambia, and Cambodia. In the process, he has skied in Switzerland, Maine, on Mt. Hood, and many places in between. Ginny lives the adventure of caring for and travelling with an elderly nursing client whom she loves deeply.
Hobbyist
Andrew is an Eagle Scout, and an Advanced Open Water Scuba Diver, along with his daughter. Over the course of more than 30 years, he has competed in Olympic Distance and Half-Ironman Triathlons, along with several Half-Marathons. He loves daily rides on his motorcycle and favors the trifecta of cooking, music, and something good to drink.
