Welcome to Living Leadership, where we’re passionate about seeing fully integrated leaders who are healthy and whole. Founded by Andrew Oswalt, Pastoral Counselor and Coach, our mission is sparked by a love for Jesus and a desire to see people and leaders walk in God’s love.

Throughout Andrew’s career, he has watched mentors, colleagues, and friends disqualify themselves from leadership due to unmanageable stress, ethical failures, or simple burnout. In each situation, he wondered what type of preventative work would allow leaders to serve long-term with their faith, joy, and impact intact.

With over 20 years of education, pastoral, and leadership experience, Living Leadership is Andrew’s pathway to help followers of Christ seek after God’s best for their lives.
